Mr. Simmons has an extensive history
in commercial construction as well as
carpentry. He has a strong background
in specialized contents appraisals.
Janine Jackson
Prior to her career in estimating, Ms.
Jackson specialized in merchandise and
customer service. She attended SUNY Brockport and majored in Psychology.
Sean O'Mara
Mr. O'Mara joined the estimating field with the NFA in 1989. Prior to that, he did some commercial estimating and worked construction for several
years.
Jennifer Schenk
Jennifer joined NFA in 2010 as a contents estimator. She was
previously employed by Mueller Services, Inc. and reviewed
assessments of replacement cost values for residential properties
for the insurance industry. She was also a supervisor in the
Buffalo and Rochester offices.

Stephen L. Steinberg, Registered Architect
Stephen joined NFA in 2012 as an Estimator specializing in nonresidential
building losses. He is a NY State-licensed architect
and has over 30 years of experience as an architect, construction
manager and draftsman. Stephen earned a Masters of
Architecture from the University at Buffalo and a B.A. from
Trinity College, Hartford in 1987.
Donald O'Connor
Don is a Building Estimator with NFA. He brings over 15 years
of construction experience from Tops Markets and Wilson Farms
Inc. and five years of architectural experience from Foit-Albert
Associate Architects. He was involved with the South American
Rainforest Exhibit at the Buffalo Zoo. Don holds a BPS in
Architecture from SUNY at Buffalo.

Kelsie Marie Napolitano
Kelsie joined NFA in 2020 as a contents estimator. She was previously employed at a Restoration company as the assistant project manager for four years. In Restoration she reviewed and assessed damages to the contents and structures. She would then lead her team in completing the start to finish of Home and Business restoration services, in but not limited to water, fire and mold damages.
Alex Obenhofer
Alex joined the NFA team in November 2020 as a contents estimator. He played college football and graduated from SUNY Brockport in 2017 with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Physical Education and Coaching. He was previously a secondary Physical Education Teacher and three-sport varsity coach. Alex brings excellent communication, organizational and leadership qualities to the estimating department. He works hard assisting people through the insurance process and helping them recover from their losses.”
